We are a unique Human Capital Consulting firm, offering innovative solutions to Startups & SMEs looking to build clarity & competitive advantage through purposeful work culture. Our mission is to build human capital solutions for African Startups and SMEs as well as the people who work for them.
Our particular focus on Startups is fuelled by our commitment to plug a gap in the ecosystem. Startups rise and fall off two main elements- organisation and Finance. While VCs solve the Finance, there is little focus on protecting the huge investment via strong and intentional design and culture.
We work with Incubators, Founders, Investors and Visionaries to think through and design sustainable teams, processes and business solutions. We function as dedicated strategic resource planning partners calling on our strong People Management and Entrepreneurship Training background to provide creative and divergent People and Strategy solutions that feel organic to those who work for them.

Agro-Enterprise Estates are housing communities designed to be self-sustaining through agricultural production and processing. Each estate combines affordable housing with cottage industries, creating jobs and providing residents with both a home and a livelihood.
